Since 1987, Cruise Encounters has been a leader in planning cruise vacations.  We are a 100% debt-free company, family owned and operated and fully bonded by the B.C. Travel Assurance Fund.

We admit it - we're a little different.  Our office model is to package our cruises with flights, hotels and transfers = one total-charges price.  It's a policy that makes us a lot of friends with travellers who prefer to know what they are paying, up front.  We book the best flights based on availability, carefully choose each hotel, and book all transfers in one total-charges price.  

If you are looking for a company with multiple locations, 100's of employees, and phones that ask you to push #1 for this, #2 for that, we are not your agency.  Instead, if you are looking for a small, highly-specialized office with just 3 travel experts who actually pick up the phone when it rings, we might be a great fit for you! 

Did you know that the average travel agent has just two years industry experience? That's a great start and we wish them well, but can you trust someone with just two years experience with your plans?  So much can happen from the moment you plan your trip until you're finally on your way.  Why not have the most experienced person possible working for you - it doesn't cost any more.

Lisa, Janice & I have a total of 54 years experience between us - and one of us will answer the phone every time you call - no junior agents, no receptionist, no computer asking you to push 1 or push 2.  It's us every time, and each of us will know you when you call.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
We are located north of HWY #1 in Langley's Walnut Grove Town Center with the Buy Low Foods, at 210 Street and 88th Ave. 

From White Rock/South Surrey
Follow Fraser Hwy #10 across 200th Street, to 204 Street (A&B sound on South East corner).  Turn Left (north) and follow to 88th ave.  Turn right (east) on 88th ave.  In 100 meters, turn left into the Buy Low Foods entrance. 

From Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam, New Westminster, North Surrey  (using HWY #1)
Follow Hwy #1 east.  Take 200th Street North exit.  Turn right (east) at first traffic light onto 88th ave.  Proceed 1.5 kms to Walnut Grove Town Center Mall (on your left).
